Key Responsibilities
- Manage product / project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective, planning meetings and daily stand-ups
- Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback
- Manage scrum board and ensure that stories/tasks are up to date
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal / external communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for all communications
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur and help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Education and Experience
- B Tech or B. E. 1st Class from top 100 institutes in India
- CSM or PSM certified
- 7+ Years of total experience with a min. of 4 years of relevant experience as Scrum Master
- Familiarity with software development
- Well versed with JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
