Growexx is seeking Junior Recruiters / Talent Sourcers who can support our U.S. hiring operations for one of its client. You will work closely with our senior recruiters to identify, screen, and engage top candidates across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and share shortlisted profiles with senior recruiters.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Key Skills & Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
- Comfortable working night shifts (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST) to support U.S. operation.
- Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill
- Strong research and organization skills
Education and Experience:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (preferred).
- BBA / MBA -HR/ PGDHR with rich experience in Talent Sourcing
