Growexx is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant (BIP Reporting) with strong expertise in Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) and reporting tools within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality reports and analytics solutions tailored to business needs. The role also includes active participation in client discussions, documentation, troubleshooting, and enhancement of existing reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) for Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX etc.).

Analyze business reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Build and optimize data models, data sets, and layouts to generate efficient, user-friendly reports.

Create data templates, layout templates (RTF/XSL/XML), bursting control files, and deliver reports through multiple channels (email, FTP, SFTP, etc.).

Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to ensure report accuracy and alignment with business processes.

Leverage OTBI, BICC, BIP and other Oracle reporting/data extraction tools as required.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BIP reports, data sources, and integration points.

Work closely with the integration team to ensure accurate data sourcing and secure handling.

Participate in design reviews, peer code reviews, and unit testing to ensure code quality.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for reports, data models, and related technical components.

Support technical discussions with clients, demos, and documentation for presales/RFP responses.
Key Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) – XML data templates, RTF layout, XSLT, bursting.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning of data sources used for reporting.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) reporting structures.
- Understanding of BICC, OTBI, FBDI, and Oracle Cloud data architecture.
- Ability to work with XML, XSL, JSON, Excel macros and large data sets.
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA, Git is preferred.
- Good to Have: Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – especially to support integration-driven reporting needs or work closely with the OIC team.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent field.

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle BIP and Fusion reporting.

Experience delivering custom reports for Oracle SaaS modules and supporting presales activities.
