Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Growexx and AWS Partner Network (APN) teams.
- Manage and coordinate AWS partner program activities, including competency attainment, funding programs, and partner enablement initiatives.
- Support internal teams in aligning solutions and services with AWS Partner Program requirements.
- Assist in preparing and submitting case studies, validations, and partner scorecard updates.
- Collaborate with AWS Partner Managers to identify and execute go-to-market (GTM) opportunities.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure alignment with AWS partnership objectives.
- Lead lift-and-shift and cloud migration projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- Assess client infrastructure and design end-to-end cloud architectures leveraging AWS services.
- Recommend modernization strategies including re-host, re-platform, and re-architecture approaches.
- Work closely with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient designs.
- Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.
- Conduct pre-sales solutioning sessions with clients and AWS teams for joint opportunities.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize cost, performance, and security of cloud solutions.
- Maintain AWS certifications and stay updated on the latest AWS services and partner programs.
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of AWS Partner Network (APN) ecosystem — including Competency Programs, MAP, MDF, and Service Delivery Programs.
- Proven hands-on experience in AWS cloud consulting, solution architecture, and migration projects.
- Expertise in AWS core services — EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, IAM, RDS, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, etc.
- Experience in lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and modernization of workloads.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, IAM, and cost management within AWS.
- Experience designing or reviewing architectures under the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
- Strong ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AWS GTM, co-sell, and partner funding mechanisms.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills — able to work across business, sales, and engineering teams.
- Experience in pre-sales, proposal building, and client-facing solution discussions is an advantage.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Partner Enablement roles.
- Experience working with or for an AWS Partner Network (APN) organization preferred.
- Exposure to cloud migration tools such as AWS Migration Hub, Application Discovery Service, DMS, or CloudEndure.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional is strongly preferred.
