Growexx is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on Payroll Management and Stakeholder Coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR functioning, compliance, and employee satisfaction within a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete payroll process (attendance, salary inputs, reimbursements, deductions, etc.) with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and TDS. 
  • Coordinate with finance teams and external payroll vendors for monthly payroll closure. 
  • Prepare and maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits data. 
  • Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction. 
  • Handle exits — full & final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and databases. 
  • Act as a bridge between employees, management, and external partners. 
  • Collaborate with business heads and department managers to address HR-related issues proactively. 
  • Provide HR data insights and reports to management for decision-making. 
  • Drive HR processes including performance management, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives. 
  • Support internal audits and ensure HR policies are implemented effectively. 
  • Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and employee experience. 

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented approach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive driving initiatives
  • Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Ahmedabad

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations with strong payroll management expertise. 

Analytical and Personal skills:

  • Excellent Communication skills in English – both written and verbal
  • Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill
  • Attention to details
  • Positive and cheerful outlook
