Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete payroll process (attendance, salary inputs, reimbursements, deductions, etc.) with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and TDS.
- Coordinate with finance teams and external payroll vendors for monthly payroll closure.
- Prepare and maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits data.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Handle exits — full & final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and databases.
- Act as a bridge between employees, management, and external partners.
- Collaborate with business heads and department managers to address HR-related issues proactively.
- Provide HR data insights and reports to management for decision-making.
- Drive HR processes including performance management, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support internal audits and ensure HR policies are implemented effectively.
- Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and employee experience.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance
- Excellent understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solution-oriented approach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive driving initiatives
- Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Ahmedabad
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations with strong payroll management expertise.
Analytical and Personal skills:
- Excellent Communication skills in English – both written and verbal
- Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill
