Growexx is looking for a Business Development Executive, with analytical and relationship-building skills to help our clients solve real-world business problems with competency in implementing lead generation strategies aimed to increase the client base of the company and working on sales & marketing plans for pitching solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Market research and identify new channels for revenue generation
- Generate database through online international market research and analysis by performing multiple types of Research
- Planning strategy for weekly/monthly sales campaigns
- Ability to generate and qualify sales leads for business development via mass mailing/LinkedIn/twitter/online bidding and cold calling
- Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
- Performing sales activities within targeted geographies
- Strategic email campaigns & follow-up email campaigns.
- Supporting all Sales related activities for the organization
- Client Communication (Skype and Email)
Key Skills
- Experience in using a CRM system to log calls and record information.
- Excellent communication (Written and Speaking)

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or business
- Female candidates with 1+ years of experience
- Operate in time zone (3 PM -12 AM)
- Working knowledge of at least one industry-leading CRM tool
- Very good understanding of the entire Lifecycle of offshore resource sales in Mobile and web Development and Business Intelligence and Data Engineering fields.
