Growexx is seeking a Sr Oracle EPM Consultant, who have managed end to end Cloud implementation projects using EPM modules (EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS).
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the customer requirements and design the architecture for HFC PBCS and FCCS additionally for ARCS and TRCS.
- Contribute to the solution design, implementation, and ongoing support of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management modules and Data Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and EPM modules and Data Management/FDM customize to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and applications developed using EPM modules and Data Management/FDM.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Oracle HFM i.e., PBCS, FCCS, ARCS and TRCS to optimize development processes and solutions.
- Create documentation and provide training to internal team members and partner consultants, sharing best practices in application and integration development and governance.
- Cultivate and sustain effective working relationships with team members and internal stakeholders
Key Skills
- 4+ years of IT experience with minimum knowledge of HFM, EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS.
- Minimum 2 end to end implementation on Hyperion PBCS and FCCS modules.
- Excellent experience managing data integration using Data Management module
- Demonstrated experience in implementing HFM, PBCS, FCCS & Data Management/ FDM based Financial Consolidation applications including data integration.
- Managed and executed at least 2-3 end-to-end HFM, PBCS, FCCS and FDM implementations covering complete life cycle
- Adopt with Oracle Hyperion architecture
- Sound knowledge of typical Planning, Budgeting and Financial Consolidation processes within an organization
- Experience in face-to-face interactions and engagement with customers
- Well versed in oral and written communication. Must be able to articulate his/her thoughts clearly
- Good documentation and presentation skills. Must be capable of creating collaterals and presentations
Education & Experience
- 4 + years of relevant experience to this position with 2 end to end Cloud implementation projects
- Chartered Accountant or Masters’ degree in Finance or other relevant field.
