GrowExx is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst/Product Owner, who will be the interface between product management and engineering delivery teams, with the primary task of translating business, needs into actionable, engineering-facing requirements, captured as stories in the Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsible for the Correct Implementation of the project i.e. Getting right
    things implemented.
  • Be responsible for delivering the project assigned by working in conjunction with L2, L3 and ADMs
  • Analyse and Document the User Requirements, NFRs, and Technical requirements for the project
  • Ensure Growexx processes are followed
  • Proactively communicate with ADMs, Clients, and other stakeholders to ensure sprints are pre-planned and backlog-groomed to provide visibility of 2 sprints
  • Be the sole point of contact for team and all stakeholders
  • Identify technical uncertainties and consult with the L3 engineer to resolve those
  • Identify ways to implement stories and select the approach that is best suited for the project.
  • Consult with L3 as required
  • Break down user stories along with the team to identify technical tasks
  • Provide detailed estimates before the start of the sprints. Need to work with the
  • Team to get the estimates
  • Proactively pre-plan the sprints to achieve 90+% confidence of delivery
  • Provide daily updates of the team to various stakeholders
  • Provide HL estimates for any new projects by working closely with L3s, POs and ADMs
  • Proactively communicate with other members of the team and other project leads
  • Provide HR and Management with any relevant information to help improve organisation culture & performance

Key Skills

  • Responsible for ANALYSE System Requirements end-to-end
  • Create User Journeys, Mind maps, and process Flows
  • Responsible for writing Good User Stories using INVEST techniques
  • Define User Acceptance Criteria, ideally using Gherkin scripts
  • Estimate product backlog with the team using Agile estimation techniques
  • Create project plans, identify critical paths and project risks
  • Create wireframe prototypes and document them using SketchApp, Visio, Axure or similar tools
  • Collaborate with other Peers to define best practices and improve project delivery efficiencies
  • Develop State Transition Diagram, Data models, and Event Logs
  • Document all the system requirements in Jira and Confluence
  • Basic understanding of web analytics
  • Good understanding of User Experience Design best practices
  • Has worked on Enterprise level projects with an international client
  • Experience working in an Agile Team and a working understanding of Scrum & Kanban
  • Experience working in Test Driven Development and Behaviour Driven Development.
  • Should have experience in creating UML diagrams
  • Good understanding of Agile Estimation techniques
  • Understanding OOPs is beneficial

Education and Experience

  • B Tech or B. E. with 3+ Years of relevant experience working on a B2C or B2B product
  • Scrum Certified, ISEB, or SAFe certified
  • Has worked on Enterprise level projects with an international client
