GrowExx is looking for a Business Development Manager, with analytical and relationship-building skills to help our clients solve real-world business problems with competency in implementing lead generation strategies aimed to increase the client base of the company and working on sales & marketing plans for pitching solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase the client base in IT services, software development, and staff augmentation.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and new revenue channels.
- Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Prospect Identification: Build and maintain a qualified list of potential clients, identifying key decision-makers and preparing customized pitches.
- Outbound Engagement: Connect with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and professional networking tools.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture business relationships with prospects by sharing industry insights, company achievements, and relevant content.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and transition them to the sales team for closing.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, adjusting strategies to improve performance.
Key Skills
- Number of Leads Generated: Track the number of new leads generated monthly.
- Lead Conversion Rate: Measure the percentage of leads that are qualified and transitioned to the sales team.
- Campaign Effectiveness: Analyze the success rate of different lead generation campaigns.
- Client Engagement: Monitor the frequency and quality of interactions with potential clients.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or business from a top institute.
- Experience Required: 5+ years (service industry)
- Proven experience in lead generation within IT services, software development, or staff augmentation.
- Proficiency in industry-leading CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of the Buyer Journey.
- Driven by numbers and performance metrics.
- Ability to operate in the US time zone (up to 3 AM).
- Demonstrated ability to engage with C-level executives.
- Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and cross-departmental.
- Self-driven, motivated, and detail oriented.
