GrowExx is looking for a Business Development Manager, with analytical and relationship-building skills to help our clients solve real-world business problems with competency in implementing lead generation strategies aimed to increase the client base of the company and working on sales & marketing plans for pitching solutions to clients.
- Market research and identify new channels and sources for revenue generation.
- In-depth research of the target markets
- Come with different campaign ideas to create qualified opportunities
- Create a proposal and Convert prospects to qualified opportunities/ customers
- Engage with internal teams during pre-sales
- Engage with customers post-sales to generate recurring revenue
- Build a qualified list of potential clients and identify key decision-makers and prepare a custom pitch to approach different kinds of profiles of such clients.
- Connect with Potential clients by all possible outbound means Cold calls / Email / Professional Networking Tools, etc.
- Develop Business relationships with Prospects by continuously keeping in touch by various means e.g., sharing industry insights, company’s frequent achievements, newsletters, etc.
- Build Confidence in the Client’s mind about the Delivery Capabilities of the company.
- Very good understanding of the entire Lifecycle of offshore resource sales in the Business Intelligence and Data Engineering field.
- Driven by Numbers.
- Operate in the US time zone. (Till 3 AM)
- Demonstrated ability to represent GrowExx with C-level executives.
- Excellent communication – not only on the Client-side but also cross-department communication while working on different opportunities to help the Sales team.
- Self-driven, motivated and detail-oriented
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in technology or Business from top 100 institutes in India
- Working knowledge of at least one industry-leading CRM tool
Analytical and Personal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
- Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability
