Growexx seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and contribute to employee development initiatives. The role involves handling the complete employee lifecycle, vendor coordination, engagement activities, and supporting organizational learning efforts that enhance culture and performance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, feedback collection, probation confirmation, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure timely documentation in HRMS systems. 
  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors for employee insurance and related benefits. 
  • Ensure timely renewals, accurate data management, and smooth issue resolution. 
  • Support employer branding initiatives through online platforms and social media. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content highlighting culture, achievements, and employee experiences. 
  • Plan and execute engagement activities such as events, celebrations, surveys, and feedback drives. 
  • Support internal communication and recognition programs to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Assist in identifying training needs through feedback and performance discussions. 
  • Coordinate learning sessions, workshops, or skill development initiatives. 
  • Maintain learning calendars and track participation and feedback from employees. 
  • Support in preparing HR reports, maintaining attendance and leave data, and assisting with audits. 
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment across HR processes.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive driving initiatives

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Min 2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles with exposure to L&D or employee engagement. 

Analytical and Personal skills:

  • Excellent Communication skills in English – both written and verbal
  • Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill
  • Attention to details
  • Positive and cheerful outlook
