GrowExx is looking for a Lead Generation Executive, with analytical and relationship-building skills to help our clients solve real-world business problems with competency in implementing lead generation strategies aimed at increasing the company’s client base and working on sales & marketing plans for pitching solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market research and identify new channels for revenue generation
  • Generate database through online international market research and analysis by performing multiple types of research
  • Planning strategy for weekly/monthly sales campaigns
  • Ability in generating and qualifying sales leads for business development via mass mailing/LinkedIn/Twitter/online bidding and cold calling
  • Strategic email campaigns in U.S Time Zones, follow-up email campaigns
  • Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies.
  • Performing sales activities within targeted geographies
  • Supporting all Sales related activities for the organization
  • Client Communication (Skype and Email)

Key Skills

  • Experience in using a CRM system to log calls and record information.
  • Should be driven by Numbers.
  • Must have experience in cold calling.
  • Must be an open operation in the US time zone. (Till 3 AM)
  • Demonstrated ability to represent GrowExx with C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication – not only with the Client-side but also cross-department communication while working on different opportunities to help the Sales team.
  • Self-driven, motivated and detail-oriented

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology or Business from top 100 institutes in India
  • Working knowledge of at least one industry-leading CRM tool

Analytical and Personal skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English – both written and verbal
  • Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill, and Team working ability
