Growexx is seeking a strategic and people-driven Senior Manager- HR to join our growing IT organization. to lead and strengthen our HR business partnering function. This role will serve as a key advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that support organizational growth, engagement, and performance. 

Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Required Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT hiring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives across multiple departments. 
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the team to ensure consistency in HR delivery and support. 
  • Design and execute initiatives related to organizational development performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning. 
  • Collaborate with business heads on workforce planning, role structures, and team effectiveness. 
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, leveraging insights from surveys, feedback, and HR analytics. 
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring timely, fair, and compliant resolutions.
  • Analyze HR and business metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to leadership. 
  • Act as a change agent during organizational transitions, driving communication plans and employee readiness activities. 
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of salary disbursements. 
  • Ensure adherence to all payroll-related statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, PT, income tax, and other applicable labor laws. 
  • Collaborate with finance and external partners to reconcile payroll data, address discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities in people and organizational matters. 
  • Deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, and organizational development frameworks. 
  • Hands-on experience in payroll management and statutory compliance. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with leadership and employees. 
  • Proficient in HR systems, processes, and tools, with hands-on execution experience. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and develop actionable insights.

Education and Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field. 
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Senior HR Manager or HR Manager roles, preferably in IT/Tech companies. 

Analytical & Person Skills :

  • High emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability. 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. 
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
