Growexx is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive specializing in US IT recruitment. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
  • Collaborate with Business Heads to understand staffing needs and craft detailed Job Descriptions.
  • Effectively post job openings on various platforms, collaborate with consultants for profiles, and manage the interview process.
  • Evaluate candidates’ understanding of company culture, job requirements, and ensure alignment.
  • Timely scheduling of interviews for shortlisted candidates post initial screening.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions with the most suitable candidates.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and organized recruitment database.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Administer and submit all necessary hiring paperwork for new IT recruits.
  • Reports and Metrics: Generate regular reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Prepare Offer letters, assessment feedback forms, and other essential documents.
  • Manage and coordinate online test platforms used for recruitment purposes.
  • Proactively gather market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in recruitment strategies.
  • Innovation: Suggest and implement new ideas for continuous improvement in talent acquisition activities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients & hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Key Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in US IT recruitment, with a focus on technical positions.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies to effectively screen and assess candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to negotiate with prospects on various aspects

Education and Experience

  • BBA / MBA – HR/ PGDHR with rich experience in IT Recruitment
  • Minimum 5+ Years of US IT recruitment experience

Analytical and Personal skills

  • Excellent Communication skills in English – both written and verbal
  • Candidate must possess good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability
