Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end HR processes under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Support the administration of compensation and benefit plans.
- Help conduct employee onboarding and organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support in addressing employee queries on HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
- Collaborate in promoting HR programs to foster an efficient and harmonious workplace.
- Participate in developing and implementing human resource policies.
- Contribute to tasks around performance management processes.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data, such as time-to-hire and employee turnover rates.
- Support in organizing employee performance reviews.
- Maintain and organize employee files and records, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist in planning team-building activities to enhance job satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations.

Education and Experience
- BBA/MBA in Human Resources, PGDHR, or any related field.
- Freshers or candidates with internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply.
- Additional HR certifications or training (e.g., HRIS systems) will be an added advantage.
