Growexx is seeking a Trainee- HR who is enthusiastic about kickstarting their career in human resources. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a positive, engaging workplace environment and supporting various HR functions with diligence and energy. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end HR processes under the guidance of senior professionals. 
  • Support the administration of compensation and benefit plans. 
  • Help conduct employee onboarding and organize training & development initiatives. 
  • Provide support in addressing employee queries on HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation. 
  • Collaborate in promoting HR programs to foster an efficient and harmonious workplace. 
  • Participate in developing and implementing human resource policies. 
  • Contribute to tasks around performance management processes. 
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data, such as time-to-hire and employee turnover rates. 
  • Support in organizing employee performance reviews. 
  • Maintain and organize employee files and records, both electronic and paper-based. 
  • Assist in planning team-building activities to enhance job satisfaction. 
  • Ensure adherence to labor regulations.

Key Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Eager to learn and grow in HR functions. 
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, policies, and labor laws (preferred but not mandatory). 
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a results-driven approach. 

Education and Experience

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources, PGDHR, or any related field. 
  • Freshers or candidates with internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply. 
  • Additional HR certifications or training (e.g., HRIS systems) will be an added advantage. 

Analytical and Personal Skills

  • Good listening skills, confidence, Multitasking ability, and Time management skills.  
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive and cheerful outlook. 
  • Result-driven approach.  
  • Good Communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
