In the heart of Paris, a leading restaurant that has been operating for decades faced a challenge. The reviews by customers were hand-written about their experience at the eatery. Thus, there was a need to make those reviews be seen widely to the large number of people in the current digital age. Also, there was a need to understand the sentiments of the customers clearly.
Armed with cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology, GrowExx started on a transforming journey to understand sentiment in different languages and to present a total analysis of sentiment.
Natural language processing (NLP) is a type of artificial intelligence in which computers can understand, produce, and manipulate human language. NLP drives a wide variety of applications, like language translation, sentiment analysis, and chatbots, and leads to massive changes in the way humans communicate with computers.

The client is a famous restaurant that has been in the heart of Paris for several years, and they had a lot of handwritten reviews from customers. Transforming the traditional legacy into the modern digital transformation was regarded as a challenge as well as an opportunity.
